Message	of the nose panel since it seems to sit under it or is it cut to be flush?? they seem relatively easy to make if you can just get the dimensions correct (hood latch holes, nose panel being flush, etc). i just don't want to pay the price i see most going for, for something that i could've easily made myself with a little effort..
